Job description, responsibilities and duties

To strengthen the HR team at the European headquarter of our customer - global player operating in a market in which quality, precision and customer proximity are traditionally of enormous importance - we would like to find a proactive, responsible and result-oriented colleague interested in growing in a multinational company, able to cooperate in international team, team player, with ability to create relations.

The HR Controlling competence requires strong analytical mindset, excellent sense for detail, ability to understand numbers, to be able to forecast based on results.

Your principal tasks:
• Preparation of group-wide personnel cost and headcount planning for Europe incl. variance analyses, support in annual planning and personnel-related year-end closing activities
• Support for digital HR transformation and further development of HR reporting (e.g. development of an HR dashboard)
• Establishment and development of a reporting system as well as timely provision of regular reports (e.g. HR report, statistics, event-related data check)
• Establishment of standardized HR controlling: inventory, analysis and concept development in coordination with stakeholders
• Management, further development and harmonization of payroll within Europe including master data management
• By proxy: Preparation of monthly payroll for a defined group of employees, or long- term support for payroll, competent contact person for health insurance companies, authorities as well as executives and employees in payroll-relevant questions
• Control of the group-wide uniform performance management program as well as commissions and related payments in Europe

University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Your qualifications & experience:

• Experience in personnel cost and headcount planning and in setting up an international HR reporting system
• Experience in preparatory or implementing payroll accounting and well-founded knowledge of tax and social security law
• Confident handling of the MS-Office package, especially Excel
• High analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Independent, structured way of working and strong team and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to drive and implement change
• Organizational skills, service and consulting orientation
• Good communication skills and a very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
