Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a committed, team-oriented and persuasive member of our company with fluent written and oral knowledge of English or German to strengthen our HR team and to actively participate in our English and German-speaking projects.
The tasks do include duties such as:
- Active search for suitable candidates in the IT sector and direct approach via online portals, social media platforms, etc.
- Proactive acquisition of new candidates
- Establishing relationships with potential candidates and expanding your own candidate network (networking)
- General applicant management (examination of application documents, coordination of appointments, contract management, etc.)
- Independent conducting of telephone interviews for the pre-qualification of applicants
- Conducting and controlling professional interviews and ensuring efficient, binding and promising communication with applicants
- Creation of requirement profiles and job advertisements
- Active participation in the further expansion of recruiting
- Support for special tasks and upcoming projects

- A high level of initiative and the desire to do excellent work
- Good time management
