Job description, responsibilities and duties

As an Executive Assistant to CEO /to Board, you will support the activites of the CEO and of members of the Board of Directors - in order to facilitate their ability to effectively lead the company.

Some of your main tasks will include:

- acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues, authorities, professional boards, etc.
- communicating/coordinating board decisions, effectively facilitating management decisions to relevant managers / departments (but not from the point of power)
- providing high-level administrative support
- designing and maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports, presentations
- assisting with special projects;
- collecting and preparing information for management meetings
- acting as a point of contact & communication partner with top management and with relevant departments of the mother company & other companies of the Group abroad

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree (Economics)
- At least 3 years of experience in a middle-sized/ large, matrix-based organization, preferably in executive assistance & administration area, good understanding of business & economics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good moderator, assertiveness & natural ability to escalate relevant information to executives as needed (but not from a position of power)
- Great time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent knowledge of English (both wirtten and spoken) and Slovak (native) is a must.
