  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 300 EUR/month
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main job responsibilities:
Accept and process visa applications and related documents from applicants over the counter and by post;
Greet customers, fill out and check documents, obtain other documentation, sale of value added services, write out invoices, accept payment, deliver and receive documents to/from partners;
Enter applicants' data into electronic databases;
Provide the highest level of service and ensure a positive customer experience;
Maintain a healthy work environment and team spirit through good personal and team practices;
Keep confidentiality of clients’ personal data and applicable protection measures.

Good knowledge of Russian and Slovak languages is mandatory.
Good knowledge of English is preffered.
1-2 years of related working experience is preferred: public services, travel companies, HoReCa, banks etc.

1-year employment contract with renewal option.

Company provides training for newcomers.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Advanced (C1) or Russian - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Computer user - Skillful

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate
