Programme Manager – Voderady Site Scale-Up

The Programme Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of all programmes related to the Voderady site scale-up (Volta II) from inception to operational handover, meeting quality, cost and timing targets. Overseeing a portfolio of projects, and interfacing with internal and external customers to deliver future solutions for e-mobility.

- Manage programme resources to ensure efficient, effective delivery in both the planning and execution phases;

- ascertain the programme scope and publish the Product Definition Letter to give transparency to the organisation and coordinate planning activities;

- create and publish the master timing plan;
provide liaison capacity for the customer, develop the relationship and lead collaboration to deliver first-class customer service;

- run the Programme Steering Team meetings, regular programme health reviews and prepare for gateway milestones;

- support the Senior Programmes Manager to build the business case and monitor, and manage the finances of the project;

- setup and run the programme governance structure, including; Programme Steering Team, Financial Controls, Engineering Delivery, Quality Management, Programme Gateways and Executive reviews;

- manage day-to-day execution of the programme and assure proper documentation in accordance with the applicable ISO 9001 or ISO 21500 standards and other relevant standards and Client´s policies;

- establish the technologies, tools and processes that can move an organisation towards continuous integration and improvements;

- perform other activities required from the Employer in line with your expertise and experience.
