Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Compensation and Benefit Specialist is going to develop and oversee the employee compensation and benefits system, aligned with Organizational roles, responsibilities as well as performance results. Promote a meritocratic, clear and transparent approach to Remuneration in a global context.

- Design compensation packages based on Company business goals and strategy;
- support definition of LTIs;
- define and implement financial and non-financial benefits;
- create a consistent compensation guideline that matches Company development stages and organizational culture;
- support definition and implementation of Company grading system, assuring its effective and transparent application;
- conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks;
- keep abreast with the new trend and best practices in the field;
- ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations for each Country Company is present in;
- define and establish metrics and reporting mechanisms for both internal and external stakeholders;
- support implementation of HR modules within the Company ERP system.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

University degree in economics, finance, statistics, business administration, HR management.

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

- Knowledge of employment rules and regulations in Slovakia;

Brief description of the company

InoBat is a Slovakia-based company established in January 2019 aiming to create an R&D cluster and accelerator focusing on the development of battery solutions in the energy and e-mobility sectors. InoBat develops technologies with international partners looking to expand their global reach to the European continent in general, especially Central and Eastern Europe.

InoBat Auto, one of its flagship projects, is a Slovak battery production and R&D company. Together with its technological partner Wildcat Discovery Technologies, its aim is to build the first vehicle lithium-ion battery production line and research center in Slovakia.
