Information about the position

  • Place of work: Voderady, Slovakia, Trnava - Voderady (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 500 EUR/month
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Organize, compile, update company personnel records, documentation, internal systems and reports with accurate people data
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
- Provide day to day advice on general HR related queries
- Process new starters, including preparing relevant documentation
- Administer HR related documentation, such as contracts of employment, amendments, termination, accommodation letters, documentation necessary for expat allocations, etc.
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparing relevant documentation, supporting exit interviews, updating systems accordingly
- Assure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
- Schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
- Keep HR information systems up to date, assuring quality of all information
- Prepare documentation for monthly payroll processing, including; attendances, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, benefit changes i.e.
- Communicate with external stakeholders – payroll providers, social and health insurances, foreign employment agencies, meal vouchers providers i.e.
- Support HR Business Partner with all necessary HR tasks according to requirements
- Perform any other activity related to role scope and qualifications in line with direction from CHRO
