Job description, responsibilities and duties
You as Knowledge Manager; whose primary responsibility is to build the knowledge and craftsmanship of our teams responsible for operational controls in areas of Non-Financial Risk. You will lead, create, coordinate and execute learning and development strategy for people working in this area, with focus primarily on creating and maintaining functional and technical expertise, but also on their personal development and engagement. As part of your role you will also deliver some of the training sessions yourself.
You will be working closely with local management team, partners and stakeholders in various units of ING across the globe, and ING Hubs Slovakia Learning & Development team.
You will analyse learning needs across all teams of Operational Control and perform regular reviews of skill requirements

- Create learning development tree for the domain both for expertise (Non-Financial Risk) as well as behavioural competencies (soft skills)
- Deliver trainings as needed for each block of the development journey, both as a part of onboarding and as continuous personal development
- Position all staff on stage of the development journey, continually monitor their position and progress
- Liaise with Learning & Development team community and external providers to provide in-house and external trainings as needed.
- Coordinate with other HUBs locations to deliver consistent development programs and exploit and share learning of the others.
- Coordinate and provide support to local line managers and local Learning & Development activities
- Seek out and implement any additional activities to promote high staff engagement.
- Develop and implement a means to test understanding and applications of learnings
