Our names are Kika, Baška and Maťo and we would like to welcome in our Talent Acquisition /Employee Journey team new team member, who will join us to to manages the End-to-End recruitment process to ensure that the talent needs of ING Hubs Slovakia growing organization are met.

How will your day look? Well what is guaranteed, never the same.
Main purpose is to cooperate with the business to understand hiring needs and brings to life the employee experience for candidates and hiring managers. Furthermore, you will act as a consulting partner for hiring managers and take over the responsibility for onboarding/offboarding new services from recruitment point of view.
You will be working with people with positive attitude, smile on their faces and ready to help you at the beginning to make your onboarding smoother.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for various roles, developing a variety of talent attraction and engagement processes and tools
- Overseeing full End-to-End hiring process for respective internal customer. Work on attracting, shortlisting, selecting, appointing suitable candidates up to exit interview process.
- Act as business consultant for hiring managers in relation to market research, capabilities
- Contribute to the development of onboarding and/or offboarding processes to ensure that the employee experience is consistent with the organization's employer brand and values and meets all statutory requirements
- Contribute to the creation of future talent recruitment campaigns; propose campaign messaging based on analysis of values and aspirations of graduates/school leavers; support evidence-based proposals for channel and media selection (including career fairs); co- design events;
- Contribute to the management of partnering relationships with internal clients, building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans
- Assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute ideas to brand plans
- Social media savviness
