  • Place of work: Bratislava, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 965 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a colleague that will build our brand and make it shine. Our employee experience and proposition are unique on the local market, however it is not reflected in the awareness of our brand. Help us to change it. We have bold vision of transforming our mother bank and for that we need to retain and attract best talents available. To achieve it, we need strong brand.

Your responsibilities:

- Brand Experience & Design: You will provide strategic direction for the brand experience and design of IBSS Bratislava. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of functional plans for brand experience and design
- Brand Positioning: You will create our brand positioning both on the external market and within the organization. You will select most appropriate channels and media through which we will communicate our proposition.
- Brand Strategy Effectiveness: You will implement measurements that will show us effectiveness of the brand and communications strategy through data analytics
- Digital Branding Strategy: You will lead our digital marketing strategy to support employee recruitment and retention, organizational awareness, and positioning
- External Stakeholder Management: You will Identify and engage external parties and/or stakeholders to partner with to achieve organizational strategy. Ensure stakeholders are utilized appropriately and deliver business benefits and value for money.
- Budgeting: You will take responsibility for setting and managing the Communications and Branding budget
- Employee Experience: You will integrate our internal and external communication and branding activities
- Leadership & Direction: You will be senior member of self-steering Communications team. You will work across our organization with variety of local and global stakeholders. You will be key partner and advisor to our Management team in branding and communication efforts.

Personality requirements and skills

• You have Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or similar area
• You have +5 years of experience in brand building, internal and external communication and digital marketing
• You can navigate and operate in complex, multinational organization with several stakeholders
• You understand our local market, trends and drivers
• You have deep knowledge of various Communications and Marketing Channels and tools including graphic creation tooling and data visualization
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken – C1)
• You have big heart – you are friendly, fun and people like to work with you. You can easily interact with any partner, from junior colleague to CEO of the company. You can communicate your ideas clearly and win support for them.
• You are smart – you know your field really well and your plans and actions are based on arguments and data
• You have bold, adventurous mind - despite working in the corporate set up, we expect you to challenge us, push our limits and beliefs to do things differently and look for new horizons
