  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 301 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

You are WBDB Ops Knowledge Manager; whose primary responsibility is to build the knowledge and craftsmanship of our teams in WBDB Ops Super Circle. You will lead, create, and execute learning and development strategy for people working in WB DB ops area, with focus primarily on creating and maintaining technical expertise, but also on their personal development and engagement.

You will be working closely with local management team, partners and stakeholders in various units of ING across the globe, and IBSS Bratislava L&D team.

· Analyse learning needs across all teams of DB ops in IBSS and perform regular reviews of skill requirements

Job Description:

· Create learning development tree for WBDB Ops teams across 3 main areas – technical, leadership and soft skills

· Deliver trainings as needed for each block of the development journey, both as a part of onboarding and as continuous personal development

· Position all staff on stage of the development journey, continually monitor their position and progress

· Liaise with L&D community and external providers to provide in-house and external trainings as needed.

· Coordinate with other IBSS locations to deliver consistent development programs and exploit and share learning of the others.

· Coordinate and provide support to local line managers and local L&D activities

· Coordinate and align training plans for all people with each area of Big 6 Capabilities

· Seek out and implement any additional activities to promote high staff engagement.

· Develop learning plans and assets stemming from the WBDB Ops QA/KCT results.

· Develop and implement a means to test understanding and applications of learnings

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in area of Knowledge management, Talent development, L&D, professional trainer or consultant in HR L&D field,
• Good communication, networking and coordinating skills
• Experience of supporting a large team of individuals

• Experience with work in a multi-national, complex and dynamic organisation
• People management experience
