  • Place of work: Bratislava, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 341 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be providing broad-ranging support to users to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the organizations’ applications. Roles and Responsibilities
• Resolving tickets regarding technical questions and issues which occurred in the tool
• Actively supporting the customer in all aspects from problem to resolution
• Testing and reproducing errors in the tool, analyzing defects in the tool
• Troubleshooting and solving existing problems/assessing new problems

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Suitable candidates should have:
• Active use of English

• Working experience with Sales force or other CRM
applications is an advantage but not a must
• At least 1 year working experience from service related industry / helpdesk is an advantage/
