  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 341 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

ING Hubs Slovakia is growing, and it applies to Working Capital Solutions (WCS) department as well. The aim of the activities performed in the department is to support our global Supply Chain Finance business. In cooperation with ING colleagues from all around the world we enable suppliers to receive early payments on their invoices from their buyerss: https://vimeo.com/364734711 . In order to be able to do so, we need to onboard these suppliers as well as buyers into our internal systems. And here comes the interesting part.

As a Junior Clients Onboarding Specialist you would:

- Communicate with English buyers, suppliers and financial institutions.
- Guide them through the onboarding process
- Collect and prepare all relevant documentation
- Conduct mandatory screenings and sanity checks

Never heard of Supply Chain Finance before? Don’t worry, with the right mindset and support of your future colleagues you will master this skill for sure. Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Proficiency in English is a must
- High attention to details.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Able to learn fast. Willing and eager to develop, open for challenges.
- Work independently whilst keeping the team morale high.
- Experience with excel is an advantage.
