  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 300 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component

Job description, responsibilities and duties

You’re responsible for end-to-end Customer Due Diligence (CDD) portfolio management for selected ING Bank branch(es); facilitating cooperation of all the participants (CDD analysts, Front Office, Client outreach, compliance and senior management) towards agreed timeliness, service levels and productivity targets with the ultimate goal to ensure ING keeps all the regulatory requirements.

You are responsible for facilitating, supporting and motivating, as you:
- Design, implement and regularly update status of the CDD portfolio reporting, including KPIs and service level performance, leading and lagging metrics
- Openly and transparently communicate status to all involved process participants and facilitate their cooperation towards agreed targets
- Help derive mitigation, follow – up or improvement actions based on data
- Are constantly looking for improvement in way of working and CDD process to boost cooperation and performance of all involved parties
- Drive engagement, creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to achieve objectives;

Also, you are responsible for enabling operational performance, as you:
- Facilitate delivery on agreed SLAs and KPIs;
- Apply data to your decision making (data-driven decisions) with timely, open and transparent communication;
- Understand the environment, develop and maintain an internal and external network;
- Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders and manage relationships with them;

You deliver continuous improvement (CI) and you manage risk, as you:
- Prove problem solving capabilities following certain structure/framework.
- Deliver prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks;
- Ensure compliance and no reputation damage;
- Ensure changes are recorded accordingly in procedures and work instructions;

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)
