  • Place of work: Remote work
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 400 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are searching for a new colleague to extend our Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expertise team in ING Business Shared Services, Bratislava. Our mission is to enable business with effective and secure access to the required information meeting compliance requirements.

You will:

- Become a valuable Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expert, supporting IAM controls implementation in Wholesale Banking (WB) branches worldwide
- Have a good understanding of end-to-end IAM processes in ING WB, you will help to design and improve them
- Communicate with IT Support Squads, Asset Owners, IT Custodians and End Users
- Coordinate and facilitate the roll-out of global IAM tooling in WB branches
- Support the process of testing of IAM controls
- Participate in innovation and improvement process
- Work in agile environment

All these activities are done in a changing environment. ING has a mission to create an integrated approach to IAM, more flexible, user friendly and secure than it is now. The new IAM Operating Model will enable increased operational agility, faster and secure provisioning of user accesses across the world and creating reduced time to market based on simplified, standardized and effective global automated processes and tooling. Our activities also helps us to become even bigger experts in the IAM area.
We are members of international-intercultural team which is based in Bratislava, Amsterdam & Singapore.

Personality requirements and skills

- Team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people & to lead negotiations
- Previous experience from agile working environment or knowledge of agile methodology
- Proven experience with enterprise-level Identity & Access Management area
- Interested in innovation and improvements, with a can-do attitude
- Able to accept own failures and taking them as an opportunity to improve
- Interested in IT and IT Security
- External certificates in IT Security or IAM are an Advantage (CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, MCTS, Security+ etc...)
