Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.

For our Shared Service Centre we are looking for a servant leader and role model to help lead this change. Your team is responsible for preventing existing customers from using our banking services for unethical purposes, such as money laundering and terrorist financing. In practice this means you are responsible for overseeing the execution of the pre-transaction alert handling and deciding on ING’s customers alerts generated by ING sanction screening systems.

Together with the teams and individual members you manage the daily workload, perform (resource) capacity planning and you encourage your team to get better every day in process execution and customer satisfaction—being in control of all the risks.

You are, first and foremost, a People manager, managing 3 teams with 10 members each. You are responsible for facilitating, supporting and motivating your team members in your Circle.

You are, primarily, responsible for facilitating, supporting and motivating, as you:
- continuously enhance the integrated way of working and you coach and support your CLT members on their way to self-steering and self-organizing;
- enable your CLT members for achieving excellent performance; - facilitate the HR cycle (staffing, planning, developing, reviewing and evaluating), balancing employee needs with company demands;
- drive employee engagement via employee development, individual oriented leadership and delegation;
- translate strategy into objectives and actions, translate and support management messages, develop policies, golden rules within the framework provided (or contribute to such development).

You are, secondly, enabling operational performance, as you:
- deliver on agreed SLAs and KPIs; - have a strong command of operational management, OM principles and tools;
- apply data to your decision making (data-driven decision making) with timely, open and transparent communication;
- Build relationships based on Orange code behaviour;
- Understand the environment and can develop and maintain an internal network.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels, create the required work environment and enable CLT members to do their jobs well, both now and in the future.

You are, thirdly, delivering continuous improvement and you manage risk, as you:
- encourage and initiate improvement focusing on the efficiency and quality of operational services within the value chain;
- ensure changes are recorded accordingly in procedures and work instructions;
- recognize and manage process and technology risks and ensure compliance;
- understand the financial figures and you manage cost development.

Proven track record and technical skills:
• Education at University (Master) level in (business) economics or comparable

• Shared Services experience is an advantage
• Experience with operational management
