  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 800 - 900 EUR/monthPerformance based incentives and bonusses. Regular Salary reviews.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the successful office administration.
- Provides sales, operational and client relations support.
- Work in a friendly, motivating, fast paced and flexible environment, with a team of international colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

Translation and Office based administration
- To assist with basic English / Slovak translations when required.
- Especially during meetings with clients and or suppliers.
- Basic translation of written documents.
- Using computers and IT systems.
- Organising, planning, and prioritising work.
- Documenting / noting information
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks as required

Sales and Operational support
- Build relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure business efficiency and to maintain the company image.
- Representing the company to customers, suppliers, the public and other external parties.
- Under the guidance from the Director, to research new business opportunities.
- Communication with selected property agencies and agents to fully understand changing demands, to help design unique developments.
- In constant contact with the Director and management team to provide support where required.
