Job description, responsibilities and duties

✅ Are you tired of constant customer complaints in your current job? Good. Then it is time to move on. Our products are made for a small group of specialized video professionals. They appreciate our level of support and the uniqueness of our product portfolio. The average end-user of our products is a long-term customer who we know by name and are happy to share a beer with when the trade show is over. You will definitely hear “You are awesome, man, thanks!” more often.

✅ We are looking for a new member of our team. You will provide technical customer support to end-users of our software and hardware products. The department usually operates between 9 a.m. - 10 p.m., with a rotating schedule.

✅ Your daily tasks will usually include:
* Technical assistance via e-mail and phone
* Testing of the products and providing feedback to the team
* Developing technical user guides and tutorials
