Job description, responsibilities and duties

Support of the retail leasing activities
Preparation of leasing documents of retail properties
Participation of the local property management
Support of planning the budget
Preparation of viewings with potential occupiers

1-2 years experience in position an agent or lessor with retail leasing
Basic knowledge of the local retail market
Basic technical and financial understanding
Excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent English skills (min. B2)
Proficient in Slovak (min. C1)
Basic sales and negotiation skills
