Job description, responsibilities and duties
Key responsibilities include:
• Ensures accurate analysis on client’s entitlements
• Performs renewal quote creation, update, and validation to support order completion
• Performs entitlement management via license transfer and changes using SAP
• Performs client site ID, agreement, and ICN creation and update
• Oversees audit activity associated with the Account Management and renewals processes on their assigned account(s)
• Manages records retention, document filing, archiving and housekeeping for the CMT processes, in line with corporate policy
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the role and support the Q2C Competency in the deployment of standard tools, process and procedures (eg Agile Principles / Processes / Ceremonies). This also includes exploring and implementing innovations and process improvements.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• Fluent English (B2)
• SAP knowledge
• Growth mindset and Critical thinking
Minimum starting salary is 1,300 EUR /month, offered salary depends on candidate's experience
