Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key responsibilities include:
The Partner Support Desk Team is looking for an Italian speaker
who would be able to provide support to IBM Business Partners in local language.
The communication with the Business Partners would be via emails and phone calls.
If you are talkative, responsible, have an eye for detail and like to investigate and help Business Partners solve their issues, you are the right person for this position.
You would be in daily touch with Business Partners either via email or phone helping them with their Partner World profiles, incentives, badges. Helping them with their daily struggles to became a successful IBM Business Partners.
You would be in touch with other IBM internal functions and other teams who closely cooperate with the Business Partners.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• Fluent English language (B2)
• Fluent Italian language (B2)
• No special technical expertise required
• Communication and problem solving are most crucial skills
• Experience in similar field is welcome
• Open-minded, embracing challenges, innovative, team player, partner oriented, decision maker

Minimum starting salary is 1.300 EUR /month, offered salary depends on candidate's experience.

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Italian - Upper intermediate (B2)
