Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Digital Sales Systems Representatives to join team based in European Digital Sales Centre in Bratislava.

As a Digital Sales Representative for IBM Power Systems you will work on Server solutions having a direct responsibility for Opportunity Identification (new & existing customers), Pipeline Building, Client Engagement & Acquisition, Negotiating & Progressing to closure of opportunities for IBM Power across a variety of industries.

Understand value and technical differentiators of IBM Power & Storage portfolio
Identify opportunities and engage clients using Digital sales tactics and tools
Develop & expand new sales opportunities and drive them to closure
Build a strong network of contacts within IBM, client base, and IBM Business Partner to drive opportunities to closure
Become a subject matter expert and act as an influencer and trusted advisor for clients
Translate business pains into business solutions
Understand and present complex concepts, designs, and solutions, both verbally and visually & be prepared to tackle challenges, solve problems, and work to get things done.
Take personal interest in everything you do & be goal-oriented maintaining a sense of urgency in a deadline-driven setting always putting your client first

Required Professional and Technical skills
Minimum 2 years in a full cycle Sales (Opportunity Identification-Closure) role with a consistent track record of achieving revenue targets
Proficient at using both digital & relevant Sales tools
Established  connections with Mid Market / Commercial segment  in Polish or Romanian or Hungarian markets is an advantage
Previous experience working with Business Partners/Service providers is an advantage
Work experience in a fast-paced selling environment with the ability to interact with senior IT Managers & Buyers across a wide range of customer types
Previous Server/Hardware/Infrastructure experience is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and focus on client satisfaction
Fluent Polish as well as business Level English, fluency in multiple European languages is an advantage

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Hungarian - Advanced (C1) or Romanian - Advanced (C1) or Polish - Advanced (C1)
