Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key responsibilities include:
As a Quote to Cash professional you will join IBM Technology Support Services and will work for Italy market. A team of 20 people will support you and train you to be able to give the best of you to our Clients, Business Partners and Distributors during and after your training.

Your main tasks will be:
- Administration of maintenance contracts for the end customer while following applicable rules and guidances: contract registration, invoicing, resolving disputes and inventory management
- Effective communication with IBM TSS sales representatives, aligned functions, Business Partners and Distributors
- Ensuring client satisfaction with providing high quality service on time
- Helping your team or colleagues in challenging business situations


Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Curiosity, open-mindedness and being a positive person
- Eagerness to learn new things and continuously developing yourself
- Liking numbers, details and rules
- Being responsible, reliable and resilient
- Excellent team player with good communication skills
- High adaptability in constant changing environment
