Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your responsibilities:

Individuals in this specialty are responsible for the deployment of Target and Quota operational process and tools, enabling geography Coverage and Quota analysts to support Local Sales Management IPL issuance.

Activities may include but are not limited to:
- data analytics
- providing direction to Market and Geo leadership
- assessing deployment of quota model to attract and retain valued sellers
- and exploring valid quota model alternatives/exceptions where established policies and guidelines are not relevant or meaningful.

In addition, are to take ownership of problem resolution related to systems and processes, handling tool requirements, and applying effective research technique.

Responsibilities include planning, training, developing and delivering enhancements and maintenance to existing processes and systems.

Are also required to interact with multiple teams, beyond organizational boundaries, to identify and initiate tactical or strategic activities.

Should have strong leadership, relationship, development, processing and operational skills and act as a Trusted Business Advisor for the Market or Geo Coverage and Quota Analysts and leaders.

What do you need for success:

• At least Bachelor degree plus some corporate experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Soft skills: Strong communication skills, problem solving, team player.
