Job description, responsibilities and duties

Talent acquisition enablement professional's mission is to enable and empower the Talent Acquisition organization to deliver a personalized and differentiated Candidate and Hiring Manager experience by transforming, upskilling and simplifying every aspect of the hiring process by leverage of cognitive solutions while remaining compliant and audit ready. This also includes:

Talent Acquisition Transformation: Strategy, Skills, Selection & Assessment, Technology, Design, Agile TA
Responsible to identify and lead initiatives related to Talent Acquisition transformation including strategy, skills, selection and assessment, technology and design with a focus on enhancing the user experience and improving productivity. Provides advice and guidance to the Talent Acquisition organization to identify opportunities profiling experience, innovation, simplification and value add enabling Talent Acquisition to perform to its optimum ability.

Talent Acquisition Operations: Operations, Finance, Reporting
Responsible to develop, implement or execute strategies and practices to ensure organizational effectiveness across the Talent Acquisition organization including managing day-to-day activities that support the measurement, reporting or financial requirements.

Talent Acquisition Process:
Process Excellence, Compliance, Program Managers, Project Managers
Responsible to evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor and control Talent Acquisitions processes end to end, introducing innovation that can impact results. Ensure that process outcomes are aligned with strategic goals focusing on excellence and simplification, enhancing experience while remaining audit compliant. This role also includes leading or driving a designated project or program, providing functional guidance to the development, planning and execution ensuring that Talent Acquisition business objectives are met.

Talent Attraction:
Responsible for developing IBM's employer brand as the right destination for top talent by creating awareness and brand affinity with targeted talent pools by using online and offline channels.
Explore motivations, goals and behaviors of active and passive talent segments. Use effective multi-media storytelling to share authentic candidate value proposition. Singular focus on providing transparent, responsive and personalized application process. Understand competition, technology and market trends to provide innovative candidate experiences.
