Your Role and Responsibilities :

IBM Digital Sales is a specialised digital sales organisation with a purpose-built infrastructure consisting of Global Digital Sales Centres based in Atlanta GA, Chicago IL, Dallas TX, Littleton MA and Dublin Ireland, Bratislava Slovakia. Our Digital Sales teams engage with clients of all sizes and markets to grow their businesses by solving strategic and tactical business problems with IBM's proven cognitive and cloud technology solutions.

Your Role and Responsibilities :

The Annuity Recovery Sales Specialist is responsible to manage sales transactions primarily through digital channels or via phone.
Focus is on existing clients, who bought IBM SW products in the past, but are currently not active under Subscription and Support.

What would be your responsibilities?

Call customers in the assigned territory, explore customer needs, develop the appropriate solutions and drive the opportunities to closure

• Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities independently
• Provide accurate forecasts through CRM and interlock with your leadership team on updates
• Execute upon quarterly sales campaigns (e.g. Brand specific)
• Present IBM’s value proposition and benchmark against competitors
• Take ownership of the complete sales and fulfillment process
• Manage relationships with Clients, the Ecosystem and the Markets

• This role does not include cold-calling or Telemarketing tasks
• This role a commissionable/sales incentive based position
• Fluent English and Polish/Russian is a must
• Role is based in Bratislava

Salary for this position is starting from 2450EUR/month, depending on your skills and experience

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Polish - Advanced (C1) or Russian - Advanced (C1)
