Job description, responsibilities and duties


Job Title: Customer support Manager

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Department: Operations Multireisen Deutschland

Reporting to: Head of customer support Multireisen Deutschland

Profile (Pre Hire)

Professionally:

· Minimum 1 -Years travel industry experience in sailing flight tickets and hotels

· Experience of travel booking systems and channels like Travel port / Amadeus

· Demonstrates a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within retail markets

· Excellent command of English (oral and written) , second language – Russian - Czech – Arabic – French

· ability to working on rotating shifts, sometimes night shift



Skills

Highly experienced in managing daily operations of the travel company

Working knowledge of GDS system

Sound knowledge of travel rules and regulations

Familiarity with quality customer services

The main function of job:

1. Negotiated best offers for business travel

2. Managed change ticketing, hotel, and other services

3. Handles the Travel request and resolves problems with 3d party, (Preparation of reservations, Relocations and claims handling, bookings reconfirmation, quotations). Liaison with direct suppliers and 3rd party providers

4. Assists in the handling of so-called offline requests – feels comfortable contacting suppliers directly to obtain the best possible conditions and rates.

5. Assists the KAM with training sessions for clients with several booking
