Job description, responsibilities and duties

On behalf of our plant manager, we´re planning to support him with new projects with potential new OEM customers in our company. We are looking for an experienced customers care asistant manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Setting sales targets
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Promoting the organization and products
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Technical sales in SAP system, invoicing, price calculations

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Sales manager or Assistant Manager
Experience in providing customer service (sales) support
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of SAP System, MS Office
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation
