Job description, responsibilities and duties

To manage the department to provide the full hands on Human Resources function as following activities:
* Leadership of HR team and work as a part of company management towards achieving company targets
* Business partner to the top management in HR area
* Overall responsibility for personnel planning and keeping of employees number, handling personal details according to Personal Data Protection Art
* Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes (HR development)
* Responsibility for HR Control processes and compliance
* Payroll – responsibility for salary inputs and salary costs correctness (external payroll company)
* Responsible for creation and keeping the HR Budget – salary increase, training, recruitment
* Develop and manage appraisal systems
* Identify manpower requirements and take actions necessary to ensure these are achieved, to manage promotions, appointments & awards
* Monitoring of current benefits, implementation of additional
* Company brand awareness
* Efficiency projects
* Ensure good employee relations and practices at all times
* Undertake both internal and external communications
* Communication with HQ in HR issues
* Regular HR KPI-s reporting, to work with databases and systems
* Continuous improvement of all HR aspects

* Thorough knowledge of Labor Law and other related regulations
* Previous successful demonstrated ability in Human Resources
