  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 3 000 EUR/month(skutočná výška základnej mzdy bude upravená v súlade s odbornou praxou a odbornými znalosťami kandidáta)
  • Start date: ASAP

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Ensure the development of payroll and employees administration processes;
- Provide assistance in the daily management of the service;
- Responsibility for HRIS,
- Responsibility for digitalization’s and automatization of processes ,.
- Responsibility for analyses and reporting,
- Responsibility for GDPR
- Responsibility for external payroll supplier in Czech Republic

Time Attendance:
- Ensure the update of time management software by adapting it to rhythms changes, people changes, schedule changes, …;
- Assist punctually the software users;
- Regulate pointing anomalies;
- Manage and control additional hours-flexiconto and absences;

Payroll Software:
- Prepare, controls and edits payroll;
- Manage specific payroll folders;
- Ensure ranking and archiving payroll;
- Follow up payroll litigations;
- Establish, monitors and updates the payroll procedures;
- Responsibility for legal modification impacting payroll procedure;
- Responsibility for payroll reserves creation;
- Responsibility for SF costs review.

- Propose internal HR procedures improvements;
- Create and provide internal analyses and monthly reports for HR and Finance;
- Create and provide external monthly report to Social, Health Security and Tax office;

Team Management:
- Responsibility for team of Payroll Officers and their development.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

University degree (technical, engineering field)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

- University education;
- English fluent;
- Experienced with administration and payroll;
- Experienced with SAP;
- PC Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel – advanced, Microsoft PowerPoint – advanced; Microsoft Outlook;
- Driving license;
- Min. 5 years’ experience in administration & payroll;
- Strong process orientation;
- Experienced in project management;
