Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for HR Business Partner for our client, an international company located near Prague city centre.

- All HR activities (SK, HU, RO and partly CR)
- Recruitment, on/off boarding, performance management
- Implementation and optimalization of all HR systems and processes
- Working closely with Senior HR BP and senior managers.
- Communication with all business leaders regarding updating legslation as required
- Working with international and/or external HR Administration to make sure that all employees data/information is handled, stored, processed appropriately etc.
- Providing training
- Development interventions accross all sites in your assigned territory
- Working closely with external payroll provider and internal administrator on all aspect of employee pay.
- Ensuring compliance with local state and federal laws and regulations
- Monthly report to the management
- Undertaking ad-hoc projecst and tasks when required
- Frequent visits to plants within the assigned territory
- Providing back up to HR BP CZ

Experience in the position/sector

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for an experienced (5+ years) HR professional in an international company
Experience with regional and international HR management
Experience working for a fast paced, growing company with a white & blue collar employee base
Experience or working knowledge of Payroll Administration for white & blue collar population
Proficiency in English (writen and verbal) and Czech or Slovak is a must, Hungarian or Romanian languages is a big plus
A good knowledge of the Slovak and Czech labour market legislative requirements
In´-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies to ensure we can attract top talent
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Ability to exercise discretion at all times
Driving licence and a willingness to travel
