Business Operations (Junior) Analyst

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.
You will:
- be responsible for supply chain processes within EMEA Fulfilment Backlog management operations, focusing on backlog data accuracy and major KPIs
- produce reports using IT systems and analyses data to develop trends for supply and demand activities; articulates findings to management.
- analyse of backlog management related to distressed orders, order recommits, order commit precision, etc.
- review performance metrics on a regular basis, identify opportunities for improvement.
About you:
- you have first level university degree or equivalent experience
- you have typically 2+ years of experience (operations/supply chain function would be an advantage)
- you demonstrate at least basic understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
- you have good analytical and data modelling skills.
- you have good written and verbal communication skills.
- you have developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.
- you are automation positive and have ideally already some experience with tools like MSFT Power Automate
