Job description, responsibilities and duties

If you are searching for a further development in SuccessFactors Learning Management System, we have an opportunity for you to gain more skills, knowledge and experience in an international team.

This role is a part of the Global HRIS team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of configuration, testing and deployment of changes and new requirements of the LMS processes of the SuccessFactors application.

- This includes education on how to and supporting end users with migration of data from other LMS’ or to create new content, as well as providing train-the-trainer, administrative, and reporting training to the countries/regions.

- You will provide best-practice guidance on processes and knowledge on how to leverage the solution to add value to the organization, and empower the Regional SF Helpdesks to become the level 2 support for the LMS.

- You will have a great chance to document and track SAP product enhancement requests and known product issues.

- Last but not least you will participate in Current State/Business Requirements gathering workshops.

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR or related field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

SAP SuccessFactors - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

You are a fit for this role if you have:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR or related field
- English - min. upper intermediate (B2)
- Experience in the HRIS function and/or LMS Systems, support of LMS in prior role
- Knowledge of Global HRIS and SaaS solutions

- Inclination and interest in O&HR and digital technology
- Strong customer orientation
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous & independent situations
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Mature judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with professionalism


Brief description of the company

European Business Services's team, located in a modern and dynamic office in the heart of Košice, is providing financial and administration support for Holcim’s branches within Europe. Our SSC was established in 2014 on green field developing its international projects within Europe.
In the development phase of the company we provide a unique experience to our employees, where they are using their language skills on daily basis (with English as the corporate language), grow professionally with their expertise, and development in the hard skills as well as soft skills area.
