Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your responsibilities as HR Administration Specialist will be to:

- Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of processing personnel and organizational data consistent with legal, audit and internal requirements and in compliance with SLAs.
- Ensure data quality of master data files and take appropriate action to correct deficiencies.
- Provide support to local HR team in hiring, on-boarding and leaving process.
- Cooperate closely with Employee Service team to provide customer service to the business, legal guidance, resolution of queries and assistance in creation of ad hoc reports.
- Follow established processes, policies, and procedures control documentation, process flows and procedures, including preparation of regular reports.
- Execute reporting activities based on ad hoc requests and regular reporting.
- Contribute to operational improvement initiatives within the Personnel Administration function.
- Create and maintain up-to-date the process documentation and procedures, as well as controls documentation.
- Support local HR Team in his/her area of expertise.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Business Administration, Economics or Human Resources

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR or related field
- Knowledge of SAP HR is advantage
- Advanced English language
- MS Office (Word, Excel) intermediate or advanced level
- Practical experience with HR administration
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to focus on details and to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Team working skills
- Practical thinking & problem solving
