Job description, responsibilities and duties
-Supporting the Line Manager with creating new procedures/processes and their implementation
-Being responsible for smooth running of already set procedures within the area of responsibility
-Independent communication with suppliers and/or institutions
-The first contact point for internal customers (Employees, Managers and HR community)
-Creating simple guidelines for internal purposes
-Ensuring and coordinating the set procedures are followed
-Tracking market trends and/or legislative changes & proposing and implementing solutions
-Regular reporting
-Assisting in various aspects of learning needs analysis (initial, recurring)
-Ensuring and coordinating the training delivery for internal employees & being
the main point of contact for training-related issues
-Professional support for managers and HR partners in the training selection process
-Management and administration of trainings on our internal learning platform
-Creation of eLearnings
-Tracking trends, proposing and implementing innovative learning solutions
-Evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented L&D actions
