Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Recruiter will serve the assigned organizations and/or geographical areas (Slovakia + Italy or/and Poland) when it comes to identify, recruiting, and hiring new staff. The Recruiter is responsible for a timely recruitment of assigned roles within her/his geographical area.
In this function, the Recruiter acts as partner to the Business and advises Hiring Managers and Hiring Teams about best ways to find suitable candidates, best practices in the approach. Additionally, s/he ensures that the overall HZI processes related to the recruitment activities are applied correctly.
TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process of assigned searches from kick-off meeting to 2nd round interviews;
- eventually the responsibility can be extended to offer extension and offer negotiation;
- Organisation of elements of the recruitment process (scheduling, candidate communication etc.)
- Advising internal stakeholders on the definition of suitable recruitment strategies, channels, and sources
- Active Sourcing where needed
- Support and collaboration on Employer Branding initiatives
- Ensure that supplier management and policies are applied correctly
