  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 300 EUR/monthMonthly Gross Salary is offered. Salary can be adjusted higher, considering the seniority of the applicant.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

 Definition and further development of international pricing strategies and guidelines for spare parts for all our products and markets.
 Definition of spare parts categorization and customer segmentation strategies.
 Implementation of a commercial pricing tool.
 Responsibility for data analysis / processing of past transactions as basis for pricing strategies and guidelines.
 Close cooperation with the sales and order processing department to collect market feedback.
 Support of the sales team in quoting and delivering marketing content and in branding and sales campaigns.
 Consolidation of market feedback (competitors and customers).
 Development of value creation models and strategies for our customers.
 Collecting and maintaining market price information and preparing market share analyses.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Technical education (e.g. Mechanical Engineer) as well as further commercial training

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

SAP R/3 - Advanced
Microsoft Power Bi - Advanced

Driving licence


Experience in the position/sector

Professional experience in a similar industry is an asset

Personality requirements and skills

 Completed degree in economics or degree in engineering with additional business administration training.
 Proven successful contract management and negotiation experience in spare parts pricing strategies and pricing management in a global industrial environment.
 Good process and product knowledge is an advantage.
 Very good conceptual skills, strong in prioritization and a high sense of responsibility.
 Pronounced analytical skills, experience and confidence in dealing with analysis tools such as data analytics and analysis techniques and a high affinity for numbers.
 You have a good technical understanding, quick perception and a high quality awareness.
 Strong communication skills, team player and flexible personality with organizational talent and a high service orientation.
 Fluent in English. Other language skills of advantage.
 You are an open team player with very good communication skills and assertiveness.
 You have experience with the Power BI tool and with SAP R/3 or other ERP systems.
 A reliable and structured way of working, commitment and assertiveness complete your profile.
