  • Place of work: Bratislava, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 400 EUR/month
  • Start date: asap
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

*​Ensure all aspects of the payroll cycle, including tax, benefits, garnishments, etc. are processed, checked and transmitted accurately and timely
*Extract and process pre- and post-payroll reports (GL posting, variance analysis and HR reporting)
*Address and resolve employee queries related to the payroll system
*Cooperate closely with payroll vendors and Finance department regarding salary calculations and payments
*Ensure the completeness of the workflow documents and manuals
*Work closely with HR teams for process implementation and alignment

Personality requirements and skills

*Education in Human Resources/Accounting/Business Administration is an advantage
*Previous experience with HR processes is a must (minimum 1 year)
*Previous payroll experience is an advantage
*Strong communication skills and customer orientation
*Full working proficiency in English language
*Excel on upper-intermediate level (lookup functions, pivot tables)
*Strong ownership and drive, passion for self-development
*Good ability to work to tight deadlines
*Strong analytical and organizational skills
