Job description, responsibilities and duties
The customer operation specialist is responsible for various activities performed for our customers. We act as the liaison with all parties (Customer Service, Sales organization, Strategic Pricing colleagues) to ensure a smooth and complete transaction. Role description:
* Daily cooperation with local colleagues based in various countries
* Order entry management
* Pricing maintenance
* Creation of Bonus credit & debit notes
* Verifying the completeness and correctness of inserted data (strong focus on details)
* Working on continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality or decrease time including testing systems and tools
