  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 300 EUR/month
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

*Administrative support for Henkel business travelers related to the Posted workers EU directive
*Cooperation with local HR teams regarding minimum / equal salaries in different countries
*Close cooperation with local payroll and HR teams regarding business travelers documentation needed
*Communication with a business traveler
*Intensive communication with the external provider regarding social security questions
*Creation and implementation of internal procedures and manuals for business travelers
*Internal manuals interpretation
*Support with the invoicing for Global Mobility team
*Problem-solving of ad-hoc issues related to business travelers’ social security topics

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Excel - Skillful

*Experience in different social security systems is an advantage
*Fluent in English (daily communication in English)
*Accurate, process and detail-oriented person with analytical thinking
*Strong organizational skills
*Someone who enjoys working in Excel on daily basis the majority of the day
*Excellent in communication and flexible to work in an intercultural environment with customers in different countries
*Open-minded with the capability to work flexibly within a team
*Strong in keeping deadlines and complying with internal manuals
