HRDirect Learning Management Specialist with Spanish

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 250 EUR/month
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

As our future exceptional HR Direct Specialist we are looking for, you should deliver a remarkable training experience to our internal and external stakeholders while meeting objectives and exceed expectations. On top of that, you will:

*Coordinate training sessions with involved parties such as participants, business partners, training providers, hotels
*Work with employees and vendors to provide Learning Management Support and learning and development coordination for the project
*Manage and administer trainings on Henkel Internal Learning platform and make sure these are up-to-date with the company’s standards
*Troubleshoot and resolve any ad hoc inquiries via help desk ticketing system and follow up with internal customers, provide feedback and follow through to resolution.
*Be the main point of contact regarding the training related questions
*Collaborate with Local HR and other departments to address system errors and user questions and follow up to ensure necessary corrections are made.
*Deliver reports and analytics
*Financial processing of trainings (invoices from vendors, suppliers, delivery notes, etc)

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

The ideal candidate for this role should have superior organizational skills, great coordination qualities, excellent multi-tasking skills and superb interpersonal skills. In addition to this, you:

*Have advanced level (fluent in oral and writing) of BOTH Spanish & English language
*Are open minded with the capability to work flexible within a team of 18 members
*Enjoy working in an intercultural environment with colleagues and customers from all around the globe
*Have good understanding and knowledge of MS Excel
