Job description, responsibilities and duties
*Responsibility for preparation and coordination of physical stock takings (including date agreements and list generation).
*Verification of correctness and completion of all forms and documents related to physical stock takings
*Investigation of inventory differences
*Financial evaluation of inventory count results
*Reporting of stock movements
*Archiving and maintenance of Inventory Database
*Closure of stock takings and monitoring of process quality
*Support of internal and external auditor

*Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
*Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
*Good understanding of operations business processes
*Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
*Communication and interpersonal skills – service and customer orientation
*At least 2 years of experience in materials management / audit / supply chain / stocktaking
*English language on a fluent level
