Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Senior Payroll Specialist in our GBS+, you will be primarily responsible for processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay – salary changes, deductions, bonuses and others. You will bring your expertise and
*Ensure all aspects of the payroll cycle, including tax, benefits, garnishments, etc. are processed, checked and transmitted accurately and timely
*Execute internal checks and regular QKPIs checks
*Manage special project for process optimization and identify areas of automation
*Extract and analyze pre- and post-payroll reports (GL posting, variance analysis and HR reporting)
*Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer’s requirements and their changing needs to ensure services delivered are as per contractual obligations and in accordance with SLAs
*Address and resolve employee queries related to the payroll system
*Assisting in ensuring the completeness of the workflow documents and manuals
*Work closely with HR teams for process implementation and alignment

Personality requirements and skills
We will provide you with the onboarding and respective trainings. However, as you will support Henkel end-to-end payroll process from executing payroll system, we require:
*Education in Human Resources/Accounting/Business Administration
*Previous payroll experience is a must (minimum 3 years)
*Knowledge of local country tax and wage laws
*Strong communication skills and customer orientation
*Full working proficiency in English language
*Payroll software knowledge (preferably SAP)
*Excel on upper-intermediate level (lookup functions, pivot tables)
*Individual approach to work
