Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Providing regular and ad-hoc HR reports and analyses
* Performing salary analysis and planning
* Managing total rewards related systems and benchmarking with the market
* ​Responsible for job grading system and respective salary bands
* Monitoring HR costs and KPIs
* Monthly provisioning and Total Reward forecasting
* Automatization of Excel reports and involvement in continuous improvement projects
* Cooperation with other HR colleagues and the management of Henkel Slovensko
* Supporting the Central East Cluster (CZ, HU, SK) in all Total Rewards relevant topics

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

* Fluent in English language
* Advanced Excel skills
* Financial or economical background
* Strong analytical and statistical skills
* Experience in controlling area is an advantage
* Proactiveness and strong problem-solving skills
* Team player who is also able to work independently
