SAP System Engineer for HCM & GDPR

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 EUR/month
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

*Set up and maintenance of GDPR processes in a global SAP environment
*Pro-active identification of improvement opportunities for the GDPR processes
*​Cooperation with other consultants and users within the area of HCM
*Conduction of internal knowledge sharing and upskilling sessions
*Executing the change management process as well as the incident handling process
*Keeping the IT environment stable, secure and up-to-date incl. bug fixing and small enhancements

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

*​Significant work experience or excellent university degree
*At least 3 years of practical experience of data structure modeling in SAP HCM with broad technical HCM process knowledge
*Significant experience in set up and execution in ILM within SAP HCM
*Good knowledge and understanding of GDPR legal obligations
*ABAP development experience is an advantage
*Analytical structured thinking
*Effective communication and persuasion skills
*Excellent language skills in English, German advantage
