Job description, responsibilities and duties

*Manage customer orders and deliveries, providing high quality customer service
*Take steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
*Track customer open orders and shipments
*Customer master data management
*Customer complaints management and returns
*Pricing management
*Maintain customer relationship and cooperation with cross-functional teams (logistic, sales & marketing, demand & supply planning)
*Basic IT maintenance and troubleshooting related to customer communication (e.g.EDI, webshop)
*Bring new ideas and innovations in area of B2B customer service for industrial and FMCG customers

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

*Fluent Slovak or Czech language
*Active knowledge of English language
*Customer orientation and performance motivation
*Communication and interpersonal skills
*Accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility
*Advanced digital skills in SAP, Excel, EDI or similar are advantages
*Previous experience in Customer Service Cloud based CRMs is advantage
