Customer Operations Management Specialist with German

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 200 EUR/month
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Daily cooperation with colleagues (native speakers) from the Front-office, Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country
* Pricing & rebate related processes
* Interaction with Customer service from respective countries in order to solve queries and issues related to customer
* Quality check of maintained data in SAP database (strong focus on details)
* Daily communication (via phone or email) in English and Italian language with local and global teams
* Overview of customer accounts – credit and debit notes management
* Pricing and logistic discrepancies investigation
* Reporting, monitoring & invoicing
* Participating in various projects and proposing process improvements
