Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Supporting Recruitment Partners in their daily tasks (job advertisement, phone screenings, organizing interviews)
• Preparation of presentations and visuals for Employer Reputation Specialist (banners, leaflets, infographics)
• Opportunity to participate and manage smaller projects within HR (events, job fairs)
• Communication with employees and external entities, market analysis and other administrative tasks in internal systems

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University student preferably in 3rd grade
• Advanced English (oral and written)
• Communication, organizing and project managing skills
• Experience in Recruitment or Employer Branding is an advantage
• Graphic program skills (Canva, Adobe..) are beneficial
