Job description, responsibilities and duties

*Tracking of team project details for the right charging using Excel
*Data collection using internal tools
*Supporting managers with deadline tracking, reporting and ad-hoc requests
*Preparation of inputs for Service Based Charging
*Support for Traffic Management
*Close cooperation with other departments within the company

Candidates with education suit the position

University student

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

*University student
*English language on a fluent level
*Excel skills on an advanced level
*Previous working experience in business administration is an advantage
*Communication and interpersonal skills – customer service approach with ability to interact with contacts at all levels
*Interest to learn new things, innovative approach
*Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
*Team player
