Administrative Support with English and German - 50% FTE

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Assistant support to Consumer Service team (Laundry & Home Care Germany)
* Direct cooperation with Consumer Service agents, Team Lead, local Marketing team and external agencies
* Planning & scheduling of meetings and calendar management
* Regular updates of presentations
* Reporting support, collecting of data from various sources
* Task monitoring: tracking, reminding and reporting
* Creation and maintenance of documentation
* Team support and work with peers to develop action plans

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

* Excellent written and oral communication skills in German
* Advance use of English (internal needs)
* At least 1 years’ experience in team assistance area
* Customer Service approach with ability to interact with contacts at all levels
* Natural team player with ability to work independently
* Good organizational skills and effective time management
* MS Office user (advanced in Excel and PowerPoint)
* Experience with any CRM tool is preferred
